Bio

Erin Healy loves storytellers. She has helped hundreds of writers get their important stories out of their heads and onto the page since 1992.

She is a sought-after developmental editor, a writers coach, and the author of ten traditionally published novels. When she set out to write her first, she thought, "I teach this stuff. How hard can it be ?" The humbling answer: harder than she expected.

Today, Erin brings a fun combination of empathy, creative curiosity, and time-tested principles to her clients. She demystifies the storytelling process while also believing there isn't one "right way" to write a book.

She aims to be the best cheerleader-teacher a writer ever had.

Prior to establishing WordWright Editorial Services and Fearless Novelist, Erin was a senior editor for WaterBrook Multnomah, a division of Penguin RandomHouse. She has worked with HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, Hachette Book Group, independent authors, and many bestsellers.
